really charmed by my stay

the staff proved really lovely. they explain where to go. i enjoyed the ground floor seating area. i warmed food in the microwave near reception. the free breakfast included many good choices. the location seems convenient. the 300 bus brought me from the airport directly outside the hotel. i noticed a little shop near reception with essentials i almost forgot.

i find the hotel to be slightly hard to find upon first arrival, but this is not a big issue.

the breakfast had many options. it included coffee from an automatic machine and also tea. the location is near the metro. i took it to get to the airport. the hotel had free wifi.

nothing was working properly in my room. when i complained, they moved me, but the situation stayed the same. even the hand wash liquid wasn't refilled promptly. they refilled it after twenty four hours. waiting times were often over fifteen minutes.
